Exploring the C3 Sound
Today, I want to share a couple of pieces from our lessons on the C3. This will give you a sense of the instrument's sound characteristics.
Demonstration
I will play:
- A bit from "All About My Girl"
- A snippet from "Lala Means I Love You"
- A short extract featuring some high-end tones
Please note, this audio is being played through a small amp. While this setup gives a decent idea, using a nicer amp can certainly produce a fuller sound.
Instrument Quality
The C3 has performed admirably, as you may notice from the excerpts. Experimenting with different amps will help you find the right sound for your playing style. Additionally, if you have a preamp, connecting it through a Leslie speaker can produce outstanding results.
Overall, the C3 is a very versatile instrument!

Joe Glossop est un claviériste de Sheffield qui s'est fait un nom à l'orgue Hammond.
