Lesson transcript

Single Strokes Exercise

In the next exercise, I'll play single strokes again.

The rest involves moving around a little bit:

  • Sometimes it's on beat 4
  • One time it's on beat 3

But you want to use the sticking:

Count: 1, 2, 3, 4

There is a 10 BPM (beats per minute) increase between the first exercise and the second exercise.

I hope you're feeling okay after the second one!
