Acknowledgment
Congratulations on getting this far! It's really amazing that you guys have been pushing through to the very end of the 30-day challenge.
Today's Exercise: Straw Exercise
Today, we're going to kick it off with the straw exercise, and we're going to incorporate some head movement to try to release those muscles.
What You Need:
- Your handy straw
Exercise Instructions:
- Get Moving: We're going to get your head moving with the STR exercise.
- New Scale: For this exercise, we'll be doing a new scale, a arpeggio scale, that will help you stretch and extend your range.
- Follow Along: Just follow along with me. It doesn't have to be super particular with the head movement. Just try to keep that head nice and low.
Quote: "Awesome! Refer back to the audio program of this course to follow along with the full exercise."

Adam Mishan is a vocal coach who taught himself to sing. His videos document the journey from not being able to hold a pitch to singing with real control, and that path now shapes how he teaches - over 200,000 people follow along on YouTube. In his courses you'll work on pitch, breath support, tone and range in small, repeatable steps, the same way he built his own voice.
