Instructions

  1. Relax Your Jaw

    • Allow your jaw to fall slack and relax.
  2. Open Your Mouth

    • Open comfortably wide and let the tongue do all the work.
  3. Start the Exercise

    • Here we go:
      • Lag-a-la-ga-la, lag-a-la-ga-la
      • Lagalagala Lagalagala Lagalagala Lagalagalam La la la la la.
  4. Continue on Your Own

    • Now you continue on your own.
    • Make sure your jaw is not moving.

Adam Mishan

Adam Mishan is a vocal coach who taught himself to sing. His videos document the journey from not being able to hold a pitch to singing with real control, and that path now shapes how he teaches - over 200,000 people follow along on YouTube. In his courses you'll work on pitch, breath support, tone and range in small, repeatable steps, the same way he built his own voice.
