So here's a little challenge for you:

Choose a Simple Tune
- When the Saints Go Marching In
- Bourbon Street
- Sunny Side of the Street (this one has a few more jazz changes)
Apply Course Concepts
- Focus on the rhythmic elements to really capture that New Orleans feel.
- Incorporate riffs we've explored.
- Experiment with ideas inspired by:

Paddy Milner

Paddy Milner is recognised as one of the leading blues piano players in the world - he is currently keyboard player of choice for Sir Tom Jones, following several years with the late, great Jack Bruce - but he is also a superb original songwriter and a distinctive singer.
