About this course

Volume 5 of Dov Waterman's series - the editing phase. With ideas captured, this course is about shaping them into a finished arrangement. You'll comp vocal and guitar takes in Logic Pro, use Flex Time for timing corrections, then move into the creative use of compression, stereo delay, EQ and reverb (not as mixing tools but as composition tools). Track-building techniques per genre, working with raw material, developing ideas, and arranging a finished track. End-of-section assignment: creative editing on your own material.

Continue with Volume 6 (Mixing, Finalising & Bouncing) to complete the series.
