Welcome to the Course!
Hi, I'm Kieran, and I'm excited to have you here. This course will be broken down into three sections, each designed to enhance your skills and understanding of music.
Course Structure
- Each section contains several videos.
- At the end of each section, there will be a challenge designed for you to apply what you've learned.
Purpose of the Challenges
These challenges are your opportunity to:
- Put into practice everything that's been covered.
- Receive feedback on your work.
You'll upload the assignments to Music Gurus, and I will mark them. I will provide you with insights on what you did well and what needs improvement.
Overview of the Challenges
- Challenge 1: A simple recording.
- Challenge 2: An editing and comping exercise.
- Challenge 3: A mix.
In the final challenge, I will provide you with a Pro Tools session. You will mix this to the best of your abilities, applying everything I've shown you throughout the three sections.
I hope you enjoy the course! If you ever get stuck along the way, please get in touch.
