Understanding the Transposer
The transposer is essentially a type of auto-tune that:
- Limits your playing to various notes
- Helps conform your sound if you're hitting many incorrect notes in a melody
Using the Transposer
To demonstrate how it works:
- I pull up a piano sound using our EX24.
Here's the process:

Identify the Notes:
- The transposer eliminates certain notes; for example, the D and E that I'm playing are ignored.

Playing in Scale:
- I'm playing within the pentatonic minor scale, but the transposer allows me to play other notes too. It will adjust any "bum notes" and pull them into the scale.

Experimentation:
- As I play random notes, the transposer conforms them all to the minor pentatonic scale.
