Lesson Example: Broken and Blocked Chords
Let's move on to the second example.
This time, you'll have the broken chords in your left hand and the blocked chords in your right hand.
Rhythmic Pattern
It'll sound something like:
- 1, 2, 3
- 1, 2, 3
- 1, 2, 3
- 1st, 2, 3
- 1, two, three
You may have also noticed a difference in the tonality:
- The first example was in a minor key,
- The second example is in a major key.
