All right, so now I'm taking everything I've told you about what chords you're working with here, and I'm going to walk you through the structure.
Song Structure
In "Everywhere I Go," the song is organized as follows:
- First Verse
- Chorus
- Chorus Tag:
- "This tired mind just wants to be led home"
Straight into the:
- Second Verse
- Chorus
- Chorus Tag:
- "These tired eyes just want to remain closed"
Bridge
This will lead us into another section that we in America call a Bridge.
- In the UK, this is referred to as a Middle Eight.
It consists of the following chord progression:
- E minor
- D
- A
