Reset your password

How do I reset my password?

1. Go to the login page and press Forgot password.
2. Enter the email you signed up with.
3. Open the reset email and follow the link.
4. Set a new password and log in.

No reset email arriving?

• Wait a couple of minutes and check spam/junk — see Emails not arriving.
• Confirm you entered the address you actually signed up with — for your security, the form behaves the same whether or not an account exists for the address, so a typo won’t show an error.
• If you originally signed in with Google or Facebook, there’s no password to reset — use that sign-in button instead.
