About this course

Rockschool Piano Grade 4 takes you through all six set pieces with a team of working pro pianists, who demonstrate each one and talk you through how it works. This is the grade where syncopation, ties and lead-sheet reading become central, so alongside the pieces you'll get practical insight into technique, scales and arpeggios, and improvising over contemporary chord progressions.

With the MusicGurus player you can loop and slow down every performance to work out the tricky bars.

Note: the pieces are from the 2017-19 syllabus and can still be played as free-choice pieces in current RSL exams.
