Second groove - slow blues
The band perform the Memphis Slim tune Mother Earth . They follow up with an explanation on how to play the slow version of a triplet feel. Paddy gives examples on the piano. The discussion with students focuses on soloing and how the band plays together as a unit during someone's solo. At the end of this lesson, you'll take away tons of insight on how to play a slow blues.
