I can’t access a course or songbook I bought

Why can’t I see a course or songbook I paid for?

By far the most common reason is being signed in to the wrong account. Everything you buy or subscribe to is tied to the exact email address you used at the time — so if you have more than one email (or signed up with Google/Facebook once and email another time), your content can end up on a different account than the one you’re looking at.

How access works

  • Purchased songbooks and courses are permanent — once a purchase completes, that content stays in your library for good, whether or not you keep a subscription.
  • Subscription courses need an active subscription. If your subscription has lapsed, subscription-only courses lock until you resubscribe — but anything you purchased outright stays available.
  • Redeemed codes and gifts attach to whichever account redeemed them.

How to get back to your content

  1. Sign out, then sign back in with your original email — the one you used when you first bought or subscribed. This fixes most cases.
  2. If you’re not sure which email that is, check for a receipt email (search your inbox and spam for “MusicGurus”) — it’s addressed to the right account.
  3. Try the sign-in method you first used: email/password, Google or Facebook. See I can’t log in.
  4. If it’s a subscription course, confirm your subscription is active under Settings → Membership — see Manage your subscription.
  5. Do a hard refresh, or open the course in a private/incognito window.

Still can’t find it?

Contact support with the email you bought or subscribed with and the name of the course or songbook, and we’ll locate it and, if needed, help merge it onto the account you want to use.
