Group B Arpeggios Lesson
Let's take a look at Group B together. These are the arpeggios, and we'll be going across two octaves on all six strings.
G Major Arpeggio
Starting with the G major arpeggio:
- 1, 2, 3, 4.
D Major Arpeggio
Now, let's show you the D major arpeggio with the root note on the A string:
- Starting here on the fifth fret of the A string:
- 1, 2, 3, 4.
C Minor Arpeggio
Next, onto the minor arpeggios. The one in the book is C minor, starting on the third fret of the A string. Here it is:
- 1, 2, 3, 4.

Now, in the key of a root note on the E string, we have the A minor:
- 1, 2, 3, 4.
