Cancel your subscription

Can I cancel my subscription any time?

Yes. There’s no minimum term and no cancellation fee. After cancelling you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you’re not charged again.

How do I cancel?

1. Open your dashboard and go to Account → Membership.
2. Press Manage billing. This opens the secure billing portal (run by Stripe, our payment provider).
3. Choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Your membership page will show the date your access runs until.

Will I lose my purchases?

No. Songbooks and scores you’ve purchased stay in your library permanently. Course progress is also kept, so if you resubscribe later you carry on where you left off.

What if I was just charged?

If a renewal went through that you didn’t intend, see our refund policy — we’re reasonable about accidental renewals, and every new subscription has a 30-day money-back guarantee.
