Let's explore how the piano works. Today, I’m using a grand piano, which has 88 keys. When you press a key, a hammer strikes a string inside, producing sound. We’ll also look at different pianos, like upright and digital models. Uprights save space with vertical strings, while digitals offer electronic sound. I recommend choosing a digital piano with weighted, touch-sensitive keys for an acoustic-like experience. Let's also compare the sound of low versus high notes and look at how pedals, like the damper pedal, affect sound!
