Let’s find Middle C, our first note! Locate a set of two black keys, and play the white note just to the left—that’s C. Middle C is the fourth C on a standard keyboard, also known as C4. On the staff, it’s represented just below the stave on its own line. Let’s try pressing all the C’s on the keyboard, from the lowest to the highest!
