Redeem a code or voucher

There are a few kinds of MusicGurus codes, and they’re redeemed in different places:

I have a gift or access code

Codes that unlock content (a gifted songbook, course access, a voucher):

1. Open the Redeem page.
2. Sign in — or create a free account if you’re new.
3. Enter the code and confirm. The content is added to your account immediately.

I have a discount or trial code

Discount and trial codes are entered during signup or checkout, where you see the price adjust (or trial days apply) before any payment is taken.

My code isn’t working

• Codes aren’t case-sensitive, but check for mistyped characters — 0 vs O, 1 vs l — and stray spaces.
• Make sure you’re entering it in the right place for its type (see above).
• If it still won’t take, it may already be redeemed or expired — contact support with the code and where you got it.
