If you have difficulty coordinating that slightly more complex right hand with the run-ups, just leave them out.
Or revert to a simpler bass line. You could do the whole thing with barrel house.

Slow it down:
Practice this part of it over and over, slowing it right down.
Simplify it to the F shape. -
Experiment with structure:
Use the idea every two bars, not just at the end of each four-bar phrase.
Flexibility and Personalization
I'm trying to encourage you to develop a more flexible approach to this material.

Experiment with it.
Use it with different left hands in different places in the 12-bar sequence.
That's the way forward. None of this stuff is carved in stone. It's up to you to personalize it and expand it as you wish.
Backing Track
I'm going to suggest that you use the backing track I played earlier, the shuffle, to practice this right hand without needing to do any left hand.
That would be a really good way of assimilating that idea.

As a performer Tim has been a presence on the UK jazz scene since the 1980s, also playing the blues with UK and US legends such as Otis Grand, Earl Green, Dana Gillespie, Larry Garner, Joe Louis Walker and Mojo Buford. He has released over a dozen albums as a leader (featuring many of London’s best jazz musicians including Pete King, Gilad Atzmon, Tony Kofi, Jason Yarde, Seb Rochford, Ed Jones, Dick Pearce and many others), and toured all over Europe with line-ups ranging from duo to nine-piece. His latest recording, the album ‘Telegraph Hill’ by the six-piece Hextet, was described in The Observer as "A true joy from beginning to end".
