When's the last day to order for Christmas?
There isn't one in the postal sense — it's an email. You can buy on Christmas morning and pick "send it now". If you'd rather it arrived as a scheduled surprise, order any day beforehand and set the delivery date to 25 December.
Will it land on Christmas Day or before?
Exactly on the day you choose, that morning. A scheduled gift is never sent early — and you get a copy the moment it goes, so you know it arrived while you're still in your dressing gown.
Do their months start ticking on Christmas Day?
No. The clock starts when they redeem the code, not when the email arrives. If the gift sits in their inbox until the new year, they lose nothing — a 12-month gift redeemed on 3 January runs to the following 3 January.
Can I put it in a card instead of emailing it?
